The membership card works the same way as the one time card. But you get more time for the money. It works like a debit account. You can use it as long as you have credit on your account, and you can add more credit any time. There is no time limit to use it, and there is no fixed monthly or yearly charge. You pay only for the calls you make. Rates for some countries:
